EIA:US gas build flips deficit to surplus

Washington-The Energy Information Administration July 26 reported a 71 Bcf net build in US natural gas storage for the week ended July 20,raising stocks to 2.763 Tcf and turning the long-standing deficit from a year ago into a surplus.The report included the second reclassification of base gas to working gas this month,this one totaling 7 Bcf.As a result,the effective storage build was 64 Bcf and came in slightly below consensus expectations.
