Petro-Canada to partner with UTS in oil sands project

UTS Energy sard Mar 1 Petro-Canada will become its partner in,and operator of,the Fort Hilts oil sands mining project in Alberta for CUS900-mil(US7ok24.2-mil).Petro-Canada will pay CUS300-mil as an earn-in for its 60% state,and has committed to pay another CUS600-mii toward the next CUSl-bil of development costs through 2008,according to UTS.
