INdia's largest state-owned refiner and products marketer Indian Oil Corp is preparing a debut in oil futures trade as a risk management took by September, a senior company officaial told Platts Tuesday. IOC will be trading over-the-counter swaps, mainly to hedge its sizable crude imports.
