A typical heating oil customer in the US Northeast will pay about US927 to heat his home this winter given normal weather,a decline of 8% from last winter,the Energy Information Administration said Oct 7.A typical Midwest natural gas consumer can expect to pay US841 from October through March,a little more than 5%above last winter,EIA said in its Winter Fuels Outlook.
