Mexico's national oil company Pemex said theft of crude oil and refined products from its facilities and pipelines by drug cartels and other criminal groups continued growing in 2015. To combat the "increasing criminal activity" Pemex is spending more on security and pipeline monitoring and is working closer with government law enforcement agencies, the company said in its 20F filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last month.
