Russian crude oil exports via the Transneft pipeline network rose 3.6% last year to 3.865 million barrels per day, as growing shipments of the country's new Espo grade via the Pacific port of Kozmino more than offset declines in volumes headed west. Including transit volumes from Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan, total exports via the Transneft network increased to 4.294 million b/d from 4.238 million b/d in 2009.
