A SUDDEN influx of project announcements has Canada's oil sands sector slowly getting back on track as producers take advantage of lower costs and a less stretched labour force.Projects shelved less than a year ago are getting a second chance after companies such as Husky Energy, ConocoPhillips, and Canadian Natural Resources (CNR) announced they are moving forward with their respective plans for new or expanded projects.
