Some politicians are so sanctimonious (defined as self-righteous, smug, superior, and censorious). They tell eastern Canadians they are in favour of phasing out Alberta's oil sands and western Canadians they misspoke. They decided to impose a federal carbon price on this country's citizens -potentially raising their cost-of-living by hundreds of dollars yearly - yet should understand it is virtually impossible for this country to get its greenhouse (GHGs) gases to zero.
