Line 9 raise in pipeline

A PROPOSED increase of tolls and tariffs on Enbridge's Line 9 oil pipeline in Canada will be reviewed by the National Energy Board (NEB) in September.The Canadian pipeline giant applied to the NEB for approval for the increase for 2008, 2009 and 2010. It also hopes to change the way it calculates depreciation expenses, increase the equity component of its deemed capital structure, and increase the return on equity.
