It focusses on those actions of direct pertinence to the preparation of the statement and does not cover the related actions dealing with the preparation of Stipulations for the proposed pipeline or with the arrangement of interagency and intra-agency agreements by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Alaska District Office Pipeline System.
