ENRC to commission 65 mln dollars cement plant in northern Kazakhstan in 2013

LLC Rudnyi Cement Plant, an enterprise controlled by the group Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC), plans to commission a cement plant in the city of Rudnyi (Kostanay region in Northern Kazakhstan) worth 9.5 billion tenge (147.52 tenge/l dollars on April 10, 2012, almost 65 million dollars) in 2013, the region's administration said on April 10.
