Evraz shareholders tender another 0.07% of shares for swap, offer extended to Feb 7

The shareholders of Evraz have tendered another 0.07% of shares for exchange, enabling Evraz plc to consolidate 99.98% of shares, the steel company said in a press release. The share exchange offer has been extended until 9:00 p.m. Moscow time on February 7. Shareholders who tender their shares for exchange will receive new ones by January 30.
