NHTSA grants petition for BMW's tire labeling

WASHINGTON-The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has granted BMW of North America L.L.C.'s petition for a determination of inconsequential noncompliance involving incorrect tire information labels. The vehicles involved are 68 BMV X5 xDrive351 and X5 xDrive35d multi-purpose vehicles, model year 2015, manufactured between Oct. 3-7, 2014, BMW told NHTSA.
