Tax office raids Mittal brothers' offices as Ispat's Dolvi remains idle

Life is getting complicated for Indian steelmaker Ispat Industries. Earlier last week Indian authorities raided offices connected with shareholders Pramod and Vinod Mittal. The raids, which saw more than 50 premises searched, were focused on Global Steel Holdings, the Mittal brothers' holding company based in London and registered in the Isle of Man, a source at the country's tax office told Hotline.
