China's largest nickel producer Jinchuan Group raised its benchmark list price by 2 percent on August 22, as China's largest nickel producer started plant maintenance. The new benchmark price is at 152,000 yuan (22,185 dollars) per tonne, up from the previous offer of 149,000 yuan per tonne. It is the first time this year that Jin chuan has raised its prices, and follows price cuts in previous months.
