ENRC PREPARES ACCOUNTS FOR POSSIBLE LONDON IPO

Eurasian Natural Resources Corp (ENRC), owners of Kazakh ferro-chrome business KazChrome, is in the process of readying its accounts in preparation for a possible listing on the London Stock Exchange next year. Three years of accounts prepared to international standards, required for an initial public offering (IPO) in London, are expected to be in place by the end of the first quarter next year, leaving the company in a position to list any time afterwards, MB understands. Any decision on the future of the company will be taken once the accounts are ready.
