Muntons certified as an ethical trading company

Muntons have recently been verified as an ethical trading company following a successful audit against the SEDEX (Suppliers Ethical Data Exchange) scheme- the audit being called a SMETA audit (SEDEX Members Ethical Audit). One of our major brewing customers, Carlsberg, invited Muntons to become part of this pilot scheme in their brewing supply chain. This involved having its performance measured and tested by an external auditor who independently analysed the four pillars of ethical trading: Labour Standards; Health and Safety; Environment; Business Practice. Muntons were delighted to pass with high praise from the auditor.
