New Codex chair looks ahead to issues on deck for 2013

The Codex Alimentarius Commission's 2012 meeting is over, and Sanjay Dave, in his second year as chair, is already looking ahead. Last week, in part 1 of our interview with Dave, he shared details from behind the scenes at last month's gathering in Rome (see FCNAug 24, 2012, Page 23). This week, in part 2, he shares some of his plans for the future.
