Baltic: NPK prices weaken slightly

Customers in Europe are calling for lower NPK prices based on recent declines in raw material prices and traders report slightly lower price levels in recent weeks. Baltic producers are said to be selling 16-16-16 to European markets in the $240-250/mt FOB range while 15-15-15 prices have declined to $225-240/mt FOB for European sales. NPK demand is reported as very slow for most markets, with many buyers choosing to purchase other products than compound NPKs.
