Qatar: April tender not likely

Tasweeq is not expected to hold its typical monthly tender in April because of a lack of availability, sources said. As with other producers in the Middle East, Tasweeq appears to have allocated almost all of its current production to contractual customers, leaving a relative lack of availability in the spot market despite global increases in production and weaker-than-expected downstream markets.
