Malaysia: Q1 MOP imports down 13%

Malaysia’s March MOP imports increased 6% year on year at 156,367 mt but arrivals in the first quarter were still down 13% at 366,923 mt MOP, according to the most recent GTIS trade data. In Q1, Malaysia imported 135,964 mt MOP from Canpotex, a 3% decrease from the same period of 2015.
