Turkey imported 80,353 mt AS during March 2016, a 20% decrease year-on-year, according to GTIS. Total offtake for January-March 2016 was 193,608 mt, a 27% decrease on the same period last year. The majority of AS was imported from Ukraine during the first three months of this year at 58,049 mt, a substantial increase on the 27,122 mt recorded in 2015.
