Europe: Some Q4 settlements finalised

Some European buyers and sellers have concluded settlements on sulphur contracts for the fourth quarter, though others expected to finalise early next week. Of those who had reported settlements, decreases were heard ranging from $5/mt to $8/mt. One large buyer noted that they had $90/mt across the board, though a large seller said that none of their contracts were below $92/mt.
