Negotiations over the delayed phosphoric acid second-quarter contract between OCP and Indian buyers entered difficult territory this week as the end of the quarter neared and Morocco prepared to halt new shipments to the country on July 1. Late last week IFFCO was said to have bought some phosphoric acid volumes for Q2 and Q3 at price of $600/mt CFR from Jordan. OCP, JPMC, GCT, Senegal's ICS and PotashCorp all said they had not yet agreed any contracts for Q2 or Q3 yet with any Indian buyers. Israel's ICL is also understood not to have made any agreements with India.
