Mexico: MOP imports more than triple

Mexico imported 32,659 mt MOP in February, bringing arrivals for the first two months of the year to 34,634 mt, up from just 6,592 mt in the same period in 2015, according to GTIS. The year-on-year increase came on greater imports from Uralkali and Canpotex. The country increased MOP imports from the former to 14,030 mt from 232 mt while imports from the latter were 9,401 mt compared to just 271 mt previously.
