Tunisian downstream phosphate production back at estimated 50%

Following the period of renewed unrest in Tunisia at the end of 2014/early 2015 which led to a virtual shutdown of all phosphate operations over a two week period in January, production has since resumed. GCT has brought back Gabes to its previous operating rates of 50% DAP capacity, i.e. on one of its two granulation lines. The TIFERT phosacid plant at La Skhira is also back up and running, albeit not yet at its full capacity level of 360,000 mt P2O5/year.
