Japan's February exports of sulphuric acid climbed 32.8% year on year to 237,938 mt, bringing the total for the first two months of the year to over half a million tonnes. The majority of the January tonnes went to the Philippines, which took 125,749 mt as the Rui Tuba and Taganito facilities continue to be key outlets for Japanese acid.
