US S. Plains: Cheaper barges pull inland trucks down

Distributors still are posting around $450/st FOB for truck loads of DAP, but price cuts are expected in coming days in the wake of up to a $50/st decline in replacement costs out of the barge market. Current prices mean many distributors are losing money on DAP they already have in their warehouses.
