Brazil: March MOP imports fall by almost half

In March, Brazil imported 468,618 mt of potash, a 48% fall year on year as vessel arrivals fell well below the three-year average during Q1, according to ANDA data. January imports fell 4.4% year on year and its February imports fell 33% compared to the same month a year earlier as the collapsing real and high levels of competition without a Chinese contract benchmark hit import levels.
