Global markets mostly quiet and balanced but some European sales lower

Sulphuric acid markets were mostly quiet and balanced, with prices mostly stable other than a reduction in the lower end of the European FOB assessment. The lower end of the range was moved down to $20/mt FOB Northwest Europe, while the upper end remained at $35/mt FOB, as sources reported sales of seemingly distressed cargoes in the low $20s/mt FOB.
