Chinese exporters of steel grade are again working on shipments to Turkey for clients using the product as raw material for NPK production. Offers to the Turkish importers are indicative of netbacks below $105/mt FOB, and repeat business around $110/mt FOB as targeted last week appears unachievable for sellers at this stage.
