Some NPK interest is beginning to surface for the start of the new fertilizer year. PhosAgro is heard shipping a 60,000 mt vessel with 15-15-15 for IPL, already on the water. IPL is also heard discussing a further vessel of 16-16-16 with Acron but as yet nothing has been confirmed. Deepak Fertilizers is said to be interested in a cargo of Russian 10-26-26.
