Turkish importer books significant quantities of AS

A major Turkish importer booked a total of close to 70,000 mt Chinese AS at the end of last week. The steel-grade (about 60,000 mt) and caprolactam-grade (about 6,000 mt) AS will be shipped in two vessels to discharge in southern Turkey in April. Details on the pricing were not released, but the steel grade was likely booked just below $135/mt CFR while the premium for the caprolactam grade was suggested at $20/mt.
