Dimitry Firtash's gas trading firm Ostchem has settled a dispute with Russia’s Gazprombank over the repayment of an $842.5 million loan. Ostchem confirmed that a “constructive dialogue between the two partners” had taken place. “Gazprombank ...achieved mutually acceptable solutions, the details of which will not be disclosed,” Oleg Kikta, first deputy general director Ostchem, said in a company statement.
