A method is described for rapidly and inexpensively obtaining settlement of alegal dispute. Themethod includes an algorithm to extract parameters from user input and fromthe law of theappropriate jurisdiction, comparing the parameters of the dispute to the lawand generating adocument (e.g., demand letter, a letter of response to a demand, a smallclaims court submissiondocument, or a mediation or arbitration request), which provides a path tosettlement of thedispute.
