Yet again, China continues to hold firm, as the market, wary on recent international financial turmoil remains circumspect. Major end-users in China continue to hold-off on any business above $220-225/mt CFR, whilst traders continue to offer product above $235/mt CFR, convinced that it must return to the market soon to replenish stocks that at present have dropped below 1.5 million mt.
