Secured creditors 'drive the train,' according to Miss Phos unsecured creditors

The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Mississippi Phosphates Corp. has filed an objection to a proposed final order on post-petition financing, saying debtor-in-possession (DIP) lenders are seeking provisions that essentially allow them to "drive the train," with regards to the potential sale of debtor assets, at the expense of all the other creditors.
