Lukoil/Vanco target Romania offshore

A consortium consisting of Lukoil and Vanco International has won a tender for exploration and development of two blocks in the Romanian sector of the Black Sea. Lukoil has a 80% stake, while Vanco has a 20% share in the partnership which is targeting the Est Rapsodia and Trident blocks.
