Lukoil/Vanco target Romania

A consortium consisting of Lukoil and Vanco International has won a tender for exploration and development of two blocks in the Romanian sec- tor of the Black Sea. Lukoil has a 80% stake, while Vanco has a 20% share in the partnership which is targeting the Est Rapsodia and Trident blocks at water depths rang- ing from 295-3,281ft (90-1,000m).
