Ithaca grows Stella holding

Ithaca Energy has boosted its core position in the UK North Sea Greater Stella Area (GSA) field with four agreements. These deals are for the acquisition of additional equity in the Vorlich discovery and an operated interest in the Austen discovery. Ithaca’s stake in the Vorlich discovery has increased from 17% to 33% via an equity acquisition from Engie E&P, Ineos and Maersk.
