South Africa CBM MoU

Kinetiko has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to conclude a joint venture agreement with White Rivers Exploration in South Africa. The MoU is legally binding for six months and will allow the companies to enter into a joint venture “to explore for coalbed methane (CBM) and other unconventional and conventional oil and gas opportunities”.
