SBM Offshore has confirmed that it is in negotiations with Brazil’s state-owned Petrobras to be included in the upcoming Tartaruga Verde and Libra tenders. “The company has deployed significant resources on bidding activities to date and as such is seeking clarification, legal and otherwise, for the potential exclusion from both tenders. SBM Offshore will inform the market when a conclusion is reached,” said SBM today.
