Austria's OMV will farm into PEP 51906 in New Zealand that is currently held by Octanex. Subject to government approval, the farm-in will see OMV acquire a 65% stake and become the operator of the block. Octanex will retain a 35% share and will be free carried through certain agreed phases of exploration.
