Tullow seals Uganda tax deal

Tullow has signed a Memorandum of Under- standing (MoU) with the government of Uganda. The deal has satisfied Uganda's taxation con- cerns and will allow Tullow, CNOOC and Total to proceed with the basin-wide development that is ready to proceed.
