PURPOSE: A tax account making out and outputting system and method is provided to enable a supply company to issue the tax account, and a demand company to check the transmitted tax account over the online network and print the tax account with a seal impression included. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a member management database, a tax account database, a tax account transmission management database, a document box database, and a business partner company management database. The member management database manages the registered members, specially separates the full members from the pseudo members. The tax account database stores the sale specifications on the service or commodities offered by the supply company. The tax account transmission management database manages the transmission on the tax account including the sale specifications from the supply company to the demand company. The document box database stores the sale specifications included in the tax account if it is necessary to store them perpetually. The business partner company management database allows the supply company to easily select the demand company when framing the tax account.
