Neon shines in Vietnam

Australia's Neon Energy has signed a Production Sharing Contract with state-owned PetroVietnam to develop Block 120 in the Song Hong Basin offshore Vietnam.Neon will operate the block with a 100% stake through a local subsidiary. The award follows Neon's bid in the country's 2008 Licensing Round.
