The chief executive of Royal Dutch Shell said the company will spend up to US 10 Bn on acquisitions or swaps to increase reserves. “Even in times of high oil prices, it’s possible, but not sure, that you may do small acquisitions or swaps of up to 10 Bn,” Jeroen van der Veer said.
