The device has an internal part (7 1) that is arranged in a hollow manner. The internal part is tubularly shaped along an axis (XX'), where the internal part is intended to receive an electrical loom. An external part is arranged coaxial with the internal part. A flexible material part includes two half-shells (5 1) that are arranged in a flexible manner. The half-shells are ready to close itself around the loom. Two rigid material parts surrounds the two half-shells and are assembled in a water-tight manner.
