Devon Angola deep dusters

Devon Energy has drilled a series of three deep-water dusters offshore Angola in two separate blocks. The firm has secretly plugged and abandoned two wells in Block 10 and is in the process of doing the same on a well in Block 24 where UK independent Tullow Oil has just farmed in for 15%.
