ConocoPhillips has taken a cost of US $142m for two dry wells – one offshore Angola and the other in the US Gulf of Mexico (GoM). The Omosi-1 deepwater exploration well in Block 37 offshore Angola in the Kwanza Basin was drilled to a total depth of 6,299m (20,666ft).
